3. Collect notes on the session during or after the call.
4. Download call details after the call from a secure, HIPAA-compliant repository.

Detailed Instructions

The first time you use Rapid Response:

1. Enter a valid email above.
2. You will receive an automated email asking you to create a password.
3. Click that link and create a password.
4. You are ready to go!

Performing virtual consults with patients using Rapid Response:

1. Navigate to https://remote-expert.bluestreamhealth.com.
2. Enter the email and password you created above.
3. Allow Bluestream to access your microphone and camera.
4. Click the “Invite Patient” button.
5. Enter a valid email or mobile number for the patient.
6. The patient will receive a one-time use link to join a session with you.
7. You can take notes during or after the call.
8. If you’d like to download the history of your calls, click “Download History.”
