Case Study – MedStar Health: Lessons in Scaling Connected Care

Bluestream Health is also recognized for its focus on accessibility, enabling MedStar Health and other partners to easily and rapidly connect to interpreters of more than 200 languages including American Sign Language (ASL).

The Bluestream Health platform-as-a-service has supported the majority of MedStar Health’s estimated 1.5 million total telehealth encounters during the first two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. They attribute this to both a strong, innovative collaboration and the simplicity and other benefits of the Bluestream Health platform, which have helped MedStar Health integrate connected care into existing clinical workflows and support transformation where necessary.
